You may already know Yoga relieves stress and anxiety, but did you know it can also help boost your immune system?As explained in AARP’s Healthy Living, “Experts say that boosting your immune system may also give you an edge in staying healthy." Since staying active and lowering stress are key to boosting our immune system, I have invited my wife Diana, studio owner of Body4Yoga, to continue leading us through a 45-minute Chair Yoga practice here at the Office.
Space is limited as we have taken precautions for our safety. We ask that you please register early to secure your spot in class and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and twist.
This is a great way for us to increase our regular exercise and lower our stress. As we find our way through this time, we hope you will join us here at our Learning Center Thursday at 10am.
